Ingredients

  • ice
  • 50ml espresso
  • 50ml spiced rum
  • 25ml coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
  • 2tbsp shop-bought vanilla custard
  • nutmeg

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker. Add the espresso, rum, coffee liqueur and custard.

  • STEP 2

    Shake well. Pour into a martini or coupe glass. Grate over the nutmeg.
