- 142ml pot double cream
- 100g chopped chocolate

Method
step 1
Pour the milk, double cream and chopped chocolate into a pan. Bring gently to the boil, whisking until smooth. Serve in individual cups or mugs topped with mini marshmallows and a little grated chocolate.

For an alcoholic kick for the grown-ups, add 2 or 3 tbsp brandy.

Delicious! One tip would be to add some sugar or sweetener as it can be quite bitter without it. I used green and black milk chocolate that only had 37% cocoa and that still needed a touch of sugar (in my opinion). Other than that a great recipe that I will use time and time again.
