Method

  • step 1

    Put the gin, a few ice cubes and the coriander sprigs into a tumbler glass.

  • step 2

    Add a chunky stick of cucumber as a stirrer and top up with chilled tonic water. Give everything a good mix and enjoy.

I love coriander and these were great. Nice to see a different herb used to mint which personally I can't stand

Made these tonight and they were lovely and refreshing...the coriander and the cucumber went so well together and they looked pretty too.
