Method
step 1
Drop a lemon slice into a tall drinking glass. Pour over the beer and lemonade.
step 2
Stir well, then make a small cut in a second lemon slice and use this to garnish the rim of the glass.
Recipe tip
Try an English IPA, a style which often offers a more pronounced bitterness, but that do not exude tropical fruit flavours. An IPA with an overly fruit flavour might clash with your lemonade. But it depends on what you’re after.
