  • step 1

    Whizz the ice cream in a food processor until smooth, fold in the Christmas pudding and scrape into a freezer-proof container. Freeze for at least 2 hrs then scoop into bowls and top with the toffee sauce or amaretto.

Do you have to heat it and use the leftovers, or can you add the pudding straight from the shop? Thanks.

Delicious! I added some crumbled up ready roll icing that I had spare in the cupboard and added a couple of drops of almond essence, tasted just like xmas cake! Even the kids loved it despite not liking xmas pud! x
