  • step 1

    Melt the chocolate caramel bar with the double cream. Scoop a bit from the middle of the chocolate muffins, then top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and the caramel sauce.

As a quick dessert it worked really well, and my guests loved it. For those complaining about it not being a proper recipe, use your initiative and make your own muffins! However as I had no time on my hands this was a quick dish but was still impressive.
