- 150g macaroni
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 100g Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs
- basil leaves, torn
Method
- STEP 1
Cook the pasta following pack instructions. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over a medium heat, and cook the tomatoes with a pinch of salt for 6-8 mins until starting to soften and burst.
- STEP 2
Drain the pasta, reserving 3 tbsp water, and add the pasta to the tomatoes, along with the Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs. Mix everything together over a low heat, adding a splash of pasta water to loosen, and season. Scatter with the basil to serve.
