Absolutely love this recipe, best smoothie I ever made

This is delicious! Definitely going to make it again! I’m making this in winter so I have frozen cherries. I also added blackberries, pear and some fresh turmeric (maybe a bit too much!). As I made it for a lot of people I multiplied the ingredients by 4.The grand children adored it! Thank you!

I'm just drinking it now, its lovely, I only made enough for one by halving the ingredients, I didn't do it exactly to measurements because you don't have to, put more of what you prefer. I also added a teaspoon of sugar, will definitely make again, I used fresh cherry 🍒

question

Can you use fresh cherries instead of frozen

Gwydd

In the ingredients, it says you can use either.

question

It says 90 calories per serving, is that assuming the recipe serves 2 or 4? Thanks
