  • 2small flour tortillas
    about 20cm

  • 2 heaped tbsp mango
    chutney (we like Geeta’s Premium with whole spices)
  • 100g cooked turkey or ham
    torn into strips
  • 100g cheddar
    grated
  • 2 spring onions
    chopped

Method

  • step 1

    Preheat the oven to fan 180C/conventional 200C/gas 6. Brush the tortillas with the olive oil and put them, oil side down, on a large baking tray. Spread evenly with the chutney, then scatter over the turkey or ham, cheese and onions. Bake for 8 minutes. Cut into wedges and eat while they are still hot and crispy.

I varied the recipe a bit using the ingredients I had. So it ended up being tomato puree, chicken, red onion, bacon and cheese but oh my gosh, so good! <3

i borrowed this idea and adapted it and did it with tomato sauce, mozerrala, cheddar and ham in teh oven adn it was lovely! made it twice since and lanning on serving it to friends sometime soon.

I was surprised at how nice this was. it is very simple and takes no time yet was a lovely result. I will be making again - it was an ideal weekend late lunch.

Made this for supper last night........was so disappointed! It was tasteless & the only "Good Food Recipe" so far that hasn't been a success!
