Method

  • step 1

    Put the celeriac, carrots and apples in a large pan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins until tender. Drain, tip back into the pan and mash roughly. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Cover and keep warm until ready to serve.

I made this, but didn't have creme fraiche so used a bit of cream instead. It was okay, but next time I think I will blend it to a smooth puree instead, a I didn't like the roughly mashed texture (mine looked jus like the picture above)
