    In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grated parmesan and garlic, then season. When ready to eat, add the chicken slices, croutons and lettuce. Mix well and sprinkle with extra parmesan, if you like.

Quick and easy. Just used some sliced cold chicken, so not crispy. Topped it with shaved Parmesan (using veg peeler). Agree with Rozmorgan that it needed something to bulk it, so served it with an accompanying bowl of chips. How naughty is that?!
