Method

  • step 1

    Grate 1 small apple and mix with 2 tbsp whole oats and 2 tbsp low-fat natural yogurt. Layer in a pot with some blueberries.

At the start of the week, chop up 140g dried mango and mix with a small handful Brazil nuts, a small handful macadamia nuts, and 50g 70% chocolate chunks or chips. Bag up and nibble on as needed.

I had this for breakfast and really liked it, but this portion size is definitely for a snack rather than breakfast - would need to double it to keep you going all morning.

Hi Not exactly. They are similar not exactly the same but I always use porridge oats instead and it works fine!
