question

Would it ruin it go put ice in it? Or some other way to make it cold? Very lukewarm. Tasted okay though.

Hi, thanks for your question. Yes you can definitely add some ice. Another tip is to peel and chop the banana and freeze it for a few hours. Also freeze the blueberries. Add them frozen to the blender. This will make a lovely thick, icy smoothie. We hope it goes well, BBC Good Food Team.

Can someone tell me about tofu? I found a 300g block of Japanese tofu - is that the same as silken tofu? Thanks

I used the Japanese tofu - it all worked well & we liked the smoothie. I served some as banana smoothie (for 1!) & the rest as blueberry & banana.
