Very very easy and lots of lovely comments from the guests at my dinner party. Looked cute too. I used a horseradish mustard which worked brilliantly with the beef and cornishons

Really easy to make and very tasty.

Simple and went down a treat. I think that this would also work well with horseradish instead of mustard. I will try this next time.

Fiddly, but enjoyed making them. They were delicious, and my guests enjoyed them. I used a good qaulity pre-packed sliced beef, like Sainsburys Taste the Difference.

This looks like it could be a 'serving suggestion' from the pack of ready-made blini you specify. NB 'Blini' is already a plural (the singular is blin), so 'blinis' is a nonsensical tautology.
