- 100g mixed berriesfresh or frozen
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 350ml soya milkor another milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp pea protein powderor another protein powder of your choice (optional)
- 1 tsp honey(optional)
- a few ice cubes

Method
step 1
Peel the banana and put it in a blender. Add the other ingredients, along with a couple of ice cubes. Put the lid on and blend until smooth, then pour into two glasses and enjoy. Will keep chilled for up to a day.
