Method

  • step 1

    Blend the banana with soya milk, honey and a little grated nutmeg until smooth. Pour into two large glasses and top with the toasted, chopped hazelnuts to serve.

I threw the nuts in with the bananas and it tasted pretty good!

Great recipie. I made it for three of us - kept the volume of milk the same (250ml) but doubled up on everything else too make it thick and flavouresome. An amazing result and ill definately make more.
