Method

  • step 1

    Separate the lettuce leaves, put on a large dish and sprinkle over the cress.

  • step 2

    Combine all the dressing ingredients with a few tsp water to make a runny consistency. Drizzle over the lettuce and cress and serve.

Used the sauce recipe for prawns with jacket potatoes, absolutely delicious! Made with store cupboard ingredients, you can make as much or as little as you need. Why buy it and have most of it go to waste when you can make your own. It's certainly what I'll be doing from now on.
