Very complex I couldn't get hold of the peanut butter I have heard its hard to find and quite exotic took a while to find the apple but found a small amount in a strange food market.

This recipe is not for beginners! I am quite experienced in the kitchen but it took me a while to get this right.

If you're not a fan of peanut butter I found this recipe a little easier without it. The dish is ready in seconds and the family love it when you present it as 'apple crunch' instead of 'apple'. Who ever invented this is a genius.
