Creamy pesto chicken
Try this comforting all-in-one pesto chicken dish with roasted vine tomatoes – chicken breasts are stuffed with a creamy pesto sauce and topped with breadcrumbs.
Put the apples, caster sugar and 3 tbsp water in a pan and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins until softened.
Divide mixture between 4 glass tumblers and leave to cool. Meanwhile, heat the golden syrup and butter in a large bowl in the microwave for 1 min to melt. Add the cornflakes and stir well to coat.
Top the cooled apple with the crème fraîche, then divide the cornflake mix between the glasses.
