Method

  • step 1

    Put the corn cob pieces in a bowl and rub with the oil. Scatter over 1 tsp salt, some freshly ground black pepper, the smoked paprika and onion powder, and rub into the corn so it is well coated.

  • step 2

    Heat the air-fryer to 180C and cook the corn for 15-18 mins until it has softened and started to brown slightly. Remove to a platter, then scatter over the parsley and serve with the lime wedges for squeezing over.

I’ve not tried this recipe, but by noting your experience I would wrap with foil for 15 min then 3min unwrapped.

sorry i put my corn in the airfryer but it was cold after like 5 minutes is that suppose to happen

Hello, do you mean the air fryer stopped working after 5 minutes or that the corn became cold 5 minutes after it had been cooked? Thanks for your question - Good Food Team
