    • step 1

      Heat a frying pan to a medium level
    • step 2

      Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil
    • step 3

      Heat the small peppers until blistered, remove and add flakes of sea salt - eat

    very nice! Happened on a batch of very mild pimiento de padron so spiced them up with a sprinkle of chili powder. Great easy recipe!
