Method

  • step 1

    Fill a mug with skimmed milk. Add 1-2 squares of very dark chocolate, a pinch of cinnamon, a dribble of honey and heat in the microwave. Add a low-fat oaty biscuit if you like.

RECIPE TIPS
BANANA BUTTER TOAST

Roughly mash ½ banana, add 1 tbsp

chopped walnuts and spread over a

small slice of toasted rye bread. Add

a drizzle of honey if you’ve got some.

CHOC-TOPPED YOGURT

Scatter 1 tbsp dark chocolate-coated

raisins over a small pot low-fat natural

or vanilla-flavoured yogurt.

Why are the nutrition factors all rated as 0? I hardly think there are no calories in this.

Easy to make. Not too chocolatey, and the cinnamon adds real depth to the flavour. Great for a bedtime drink.
