question

A novice question. Do fresh herbs not burn in the oven?

Hi, thanks for your question. Herbs such as rosemary and sage won't burn easily in the oven, but soft herbs such as parsley or dill will burn more easily (although will be okay mixed with other ingredients or in a sauce). Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.

These potatoes are so simple to cook and taste absolutely delicious. I've made them twice and all the family love them. Definitely my favourite kind of potato dish to date!
