I find it you put foil over steak after cooking it - it will carry on cooking! And then it’s overdone. Also, it really does not need that much oil to cook it in my opinion. I use a VERY hot good quality grill pan - and it has to be hot. I season more over oil brushed on the steak then hot grill. And…

Captions can be read slowly if you wind the video back, and forward. 3mins for rare. 4mins for medium and 7 to 9 mins for well done
