Sara Cox is known and loved by millions of BBC Radio 2 listeners, where she presents her teatime show every weekday from 4-7 p.m. She developed a passion for broadcasting at BBC Radio 1, where she presented the Breakfast Show. Sara’s other work includes hosting TV book programme Between the Covers and co-hosting on BBC One’s Morning Live, plus she is a regular co-presenter of BBC Radio 4's Loose Ends and has written columns for the Mirror and the Guardian. Her memoir Till the Cows Come Home (2018) was a Sunday Times bestseller, as was her hugely successful debut novel Thrown (2022). Sara lives with her family in north London. She stays in tune with her farming background by having lots of pets and riding her horse, Nelly.
