Here at BBC Good Food, we pride ourselves on regularly taking up challenges – be they fitness, health or food-related – in order to bring you the most helpful tips and tricks that we learned along the way. Below, you'll find out how members of our team fared when training for a marathon, switching to a vegan or vegetarian diet, giving up sugar, reducing food waste and limiting their plastic use.
