Lorraine Pascale is a British TV chef and cookbook author. She trained at Leith’s School of Food and Wine and worked in several renowned kitchens, including those of Marcus Wareing and Gordon Ramsay. To date, Lorraine has worked at The Square, Petrus, The Mandarin Oriental, The Wolseley, Hakkasan and The Hummingbird Bakery.
Lorraine has published several cookbooks, including Home Cooking Made Easy, Fast Fresh and Easy Food, Baking Made Easy, How to Be a Better Cook, A Lighter Way to Bake, Eating Well Made Easy and Everyday Easy. She also had her own BBC Two series, Baking Made Easy.
