The Meringue Girls, a dynamic duo with a passion for all things sweet and meringue, met in 2012 while working as chefs in an East London restaurant kitchen.
The Meringue Girls have their own bakery in Broadway Market, where they host weekly meringue and cake baking classes. Their creative collaborations have spanned from Selfridges window displays to food styling with Tim Walker for Italian Vogue.
