Surender Mohan

Surender Mohan is a Michelin-starred chef currently working at Jamavar London. He opened the first Jamavar Restaurant at The Leela Palace Bengaluru in 2001 and has since expanded the Jamavar brand to various locations across India and beyond, including Mumbai, Goa, Udaipur, New Delhi, Chennai and Doha. Surender was a special judge in the MasterChef India competition in 2015; received the Culinary Idol of India award from BBC Good Food India in 2018; and clinched a gold medal in the China International Culinary Art Master Challenge at China International Gourmet Expo 2004.
