Matthew Jones is the co-founder of Bread Ahead, a renowned bakery and baking school in London's Borough Market. He has been making bread for more than 25 years and has worked alongside names such as Shaun Hill, Simon Hopkinson and John Torode in restaurants including Bibendum, Pont de la Tour, Quaglino’s and Mezzo.
