Kwoklyn is a worldwide bestselling author, TV chef, presenter and public speaker. He made his TV debut on ITV’s This Morning in 2018 before moving over to C4’s Steph’s Packed Lunch in 2020. His other TV appearances include Kwoklyn’s Chinese Takeaway Kitchen.
With six Chinese cookbooks now ranking in the worldwide book charts, Kwoklyn is currently working on book number seven for release in January 2025.
Kwoklyn is a third generation Cantonese chef – his grandfather opened a Chinese restaurant in Leicester in 1962 and his father opened a Cantonese restaurant, also in Leicester, in 1978.
Nearly 50 years later, Kwoklyn enjoys chatting all things food in articles, interviews and appearances on international radio, live demonstrations at festivals and on TV shows across the world.
