Jenni Muir is a freelance food journalist and critic. She has authored several books, including Super Grains (Hamlyn, 2014), A Cook's Guide to Grains (Conran Octopus, first edition 2002) and The Guest List, which earnt recognition on Channel 4's Richard & Judy's Christmas Book Club.
