Elena Silcock

Before joining the team in 2016, trained chef Elena worked within various kitchens around London, as well as working as a freelance food stylist. She is passionate about homemade pasta, slow cooked meat and sharing style food. Elena is half of Spirit & Salt, a moveable supper club, running events around London. She worked on the Good Food team as food writer and stylist until 2018, developing recipes and making them look beautiful for photographing each monthly magazine. She also tested out all the recipes featured in the magazine and online each month.
