Bettina Camoplucci Bordi is the founder of bettinaskitchen.com. She specialises in plant-based and free-from recipe development for brands and the hospitality industry. Bettina also hosts pop-up dinners, events, retreats and plant-based workshops.
Bettina has worked alongside brands such as Vitamix, Planet Organic and Sainsbury's. She also hosts the podcast, What the Focaccia?!, alongside cookbook author Niki Webster. She has also authored three cookbooks: Happy Food, 7 Day Vegan Challenge and Celebrate.
