Chef patissier Benoit Blin currently works at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Relais & Chateaux. His experience includes working at The Normandy Hotel in Deauville, The Ritz in Paris and ultimately Le Manoir, where he has spent over a decade working closely with Raymond Blanc.
Benoit is also a judge for MasterChef: The Professionals and has published a book, Recipes Book Online Masterclass. He has won numerous awards, including the prestigious MCA (Master of Culinary Arts) in 2005, a recognition akin to the Meilleur Ouvrier given in France.
