Alex Ryder

Based in Bristol, Alex runs the marketing team for a sustainability consultancy by day and writes food blog, Gingey Bites, by night. The blog has been running since 2012 and features a mix of low-waste recipe ideas, articles about organic eating, restaurant reviews and an ever-growing list of instant noodle round-ups (big fan of East Asian culture and cuisine). She hosted and ran popular food podcast At the Sauce for four years and enjoys spending time in her garden where, along with her partner (and less helpful toddler), she grows her own veg and tends to a small flock of rescue chickens.
