When we reviewed the AF400UK in the BBC Good Food test kitchen, we found the manual comprehensive and the set-up straightforward. There are six functions to choose from on the control panel, which include max-crisp, air-fry, roast, reheat, dehydrate and bake.
A default time and temperature will appear when you select a setting, which you customise to your liking using the up-and-down arrows on the display. Simply press the dial in the middle to start the cooking process, and do the same again when you want the air-fryer to stop.
