    Braised oxtail with basil dumplings

    "Very disappointed with this recipe, made this as the weekend for Sunday lunch we halved the recipe and after 3 hours cooking time all we were left with was a dry casserole dish with burnt vegetables on the bottom, I can only assume that the oven temp it too high to cook for 3 hours, or is there additional stock to go in as well as the 1/2 bottle of wine as it only said to crumble in a stock cube - very disappointed but the dumplings were lovely and very easy to make just a shame about the stew. So am still on the hunt for a good slow cooked Oxtail recipe."

    "I tried this receipe yesterday and and would definitely do this again, although I substituted the passata for chopped tinned tomatoes and added onion and garlic to the sauce as well as some fresh tomatoes and mixed herbs. The pesto mash was absolutely delicious."

    Blueberry soured cream cake with cheesecake frosting

    "Tried this at the weekend following all the rave reviews and was not disappointed at all! The cake was surprisingly light, moist and very delicious. Very easy to make and went down a treat with everyone, this will be one to make time and time again!"

    "After reading all the reviews for the pancakes I was still a little concerned that they may be a little stodgy - how wrong I was! They were incredibly light and so easy to make, I'll certainly be making these again. I used frozen blueberries as I didn't have any fresh ones, but it made absolutely no difference. Highly recommended!"

    "Very disappointed with this recipe, the lemon was far too overpowering, if I did it again I would probably use a little orange juice instead of lemon."
