"I was pleasantly surprised with this recipe. I added a few new potatoes as I thought it needed bulking out a bit but actually it didn't need it as it was really filling. Even my husband who usually turns his nose up at salads really liked this one, I think the sweetness of the apple made it for him. I would make it again."

"I was expecting to be blown away by this recipe after reading the other comments, I followed the recipe exactly and have to say that I was dissapointed. I found this to be really bland, everyone ate it, even my 5yr old son who loved the almonds but we all found it a little tasteless. "
