  • step 1

    Sprinkle the inside of the baguette with a little olive oil, vinegar, oregano and a little seasoning. Layer the lamb, salad veg and feta, then wrap tightly in cling film.

I made this for my husband today and it was so easy to make! Not only that but it was one of the most delicious things that I have made and it was an awesome change from the usual. Maybe without the onions (sorry, alergic). Can cope with galic instead though - or maybe another substitute?? But not olives please!
