Method

  • step 1

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok, then fry the chilli and garlic for 1 min.

  • step 2

    Add the veg and toss to coat in the oil. Fry for 2-3 mins, then add the soy and chilli sauce, mixing well. Cook for 2-3 mins more until the veg are tender.

Thanks for your suggestion. We'd suggest cooking this on a medium to high temperature.

yummy! I did not have peppers - but I used pak choi , spring onions, ginger and chilli flakes including the suggested vegetables... I added a couple of tablespoons of water with the sauces and boiled separate noodles - tasty filling dinner!!!
