Method

  1. Place all ingredients in small baking dish and mix well.
  2. First bake at 325 degrees (US) on middle rack of oven for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Then Brown the top under the broiler for about 2 minutes.
  3. Serve with a nice crusty bread.

  • 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • A few drops of hot sauce
