Tuna, red onion & white bean salad
A quick, easy salad for supper and under 500 calories

Preperation and cooking times
Ready in 10 minutes- Whisk together the oil, mustard and lemon juice. Toss with the tuna, beans and onion and season well.
- Gently toss with the rocket, divide between two plates and serve.
