Amaretto & vanilla mascarpone
Try this as a lighter alternative to brandy butter

Prep 5 mins
Ready in 5 mins- Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds into a bowl.
- Add the sugar, mascarpone and amaretto.
- Mix well, then chill. Serve over hot or cold pudding.
