Method
step 1
Segment grapefruits, removing as much of the pith as possible. Divide the segments between two bowls and top with with agave and pistachios.

Such a simple breakfast idea but so tasty. A neighbor gave me a pomelo off her tree and I didn't know what to do with it, so substituted it in place of the white grapefruit here. Used honey as the sweetener. So fresh and delicious!
