Method

  • step 1

    Mash the blue cheese, crème fraîche and some seasoning in a bowl with 50ml water until smooth and pourable.

  • step 2

    Put the spinach onto a serving plate, scatter over the walnut pieces and drizzle with the blue cheese dressing.

The idea is good but it miss something juicy, like cherry tomatoes.

Lovely mix of flavours - spinach, walnuts and blue cheese seem made for each other. The second time I made it I cheated and bought an excellent ready-made creamy blue cheese dressing. It tasted pretty much just as good, I'm glad to say!
