How we test our recipes
All the recipes on this site, and in the magazine, have been tested in the Good Food kitchen.
Our promise to you
We test every recipe in the Good Food kitchen so that it will work first time for you. Where possible, we use organic ingredients, humanely-reared meats, free-range chickens and eggs, and unrefined sugar.
For recipe success
Use proper, level measuring spoons, and don't mix imperial with metric. Use large eggs, unless otherwise stated.
